Microneedling + RF
Microneedling with radiofrequency is a minimally invasive treatment to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scarring, and sagging skin. Spider Veins
The IPL is very effective on diminishing spider veins. Spider veins are the small red and purple veins visible right under the skin surface. These are commonly found on the face, thigh, calves, ankles and behind the knees. Spider veins are connected to the larger, deeper bluish reticular veins which often “feed” the spider veins. IPL works by using light energy which is absorbed by the blood vessels causing them to constrict the blood vessel and close down. The body will then absorb the remnants in 4 to 8 weeks. On average, 2 to 4 spider vein treatments in our Denver office are usually required however; many will be treated with a single treatment.
Photofacial
The IPL photofacial is a skin rejuvenation treatment that delivers intense pulse light to target and destroy vascular and pigmented lesions associated with spider veins, reticular veins, rosacea, hemangiomas, sun damage, age spots, melasma, and angiomas from hands, legs, chest, arms and face. IPL photofacial treatments target different colors in the skin, which selectively absorb the laser or light energy as heat and yield the desired response. These optimal wavelengths of light clear vascular and pigmented lesions by
targeting the chromophores of hemoglobin (for vascular lesions) and melanin (for pigmented lesions). These damaged lesions are then cleared by the body, removing the appearance of the lesion from the skin. Pigmented lesions undergo a mild scaling and slough off within two or three days, while the vascular lesions blanch and then resolve within 10 to 14 days.

Acne and Acne Scars
IPL acne and acne scar treatments are excellent for preventing future acne breakouts and smoothing the appearance of acne scars. By delivering a spectrum of light that is absorbed into the skin, IPL destroys P. acnes bacteria and inhibits future acne breakouts.To treat acne scars, we use pulses of laser light to coagulate acne scar tissue and trigger healthy new tissue to form in clients' skin. Healing time is minimal, infection risk is eliminated and clients feel little to no pain.

Laser Hair Removal
Eliminate unwanted hair!
The hair follicle is penetrated by laser light. Once the follicle is affected by the light and heat of the laser, it becomes thinner and lighter in color. In some cases it disappears completely. Repeat treatments are usually needed for optimal results. The number of treatments needed varies from patient to patient and depends upon each individual’s response to the process. Typically, patients with a combination of light skin and dark hair respond best to the laser treatments.
Radiofrequency (RF) Tightening
RF Tightening is an excellent alternative for the treatment of facial and body skin flabbiness. Because of the frequency used in this equipment, short-term beneficial effects are obtained and maintained over time. The effects may be evident immediately after each facial application, in the reduction of expression lines and wrinkles, as well as after the application on the skin of other areas of the body.
NEW 7D HIFU Ultrasound Therapy Treatments
What is it?
HIFU has become one of the most sought after, non-surgical treatments for the face, neck and chest because it helps achieve tight, firmer, lifted skin in just one or two treatments with results lasting around 12-18 months,
Entirely non-invasive, HIFU works by targeting deep structural layers in the skin by boosting collagen regeneration right at the source. HIFU directly delivers heat energy to the skin and subcutaneous tissues that stimulate and renew the skin’s collagen thus consequently improving the texture and reducing sagging of the skin. Great for flaccid face and body issues like brows, cheeks, neck and jowls. 7D HIFU is the most effective method currently available for the renewal of collagen.
What does HIFU Ultrasound therapy treat?
HIFU Ultrasound therapy helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and folds on many facial areas, including the brow, the “crow's feet” around the eyes, the upper cheek, the jaw, and the upper neck. In one clinical trial, for example, 9 of 10 patients exhibited significant lifting of the eyebrows—an average of 1.7 millimeters, or about 6/10ths of an inch. This result gave many of the patients a more open, refreshed appearance around the eyes. Patients in this study also reported that the skin on lower areas of their face—and on their neck—looked firmer and tighter after ultrasound therapy treatments.
What is HIFU Ultrasound therapy treatment like?
You may experience some temporary discomfort during the procedure. Pain-reduction methods maybe used, such as cooling the skin with cold air during the treatment. Your Laser Technician will discuss these options with you.
When will I see results?
Because HIFU ultrasound therapy is a relatively new skin-tightening procedure, long-term studies have yet to be conducted. Early evidence suggests, however, that its effects last for 2 to 5 years. Of course, as with almost all cosmetic skin treatments, how long the treatment lasts will greatly depend on how well you continue to take care of your skin—by protecting it from the sun, for example. The older and more damaged your skin is, the more treatments you'll need. Many people require only a single ultrasound therapy treatment to see significant improvement. For others, two or more treatments may need to be undertaken to achieve desirable results.

Microneedling with radiofrequency uses the added technology of flow needles to deliver RF energy into the dermis. The RF energy heats the dermis which not only encourages collagen growth but tissue tightening as well.
The penetration of the microneedles into the skin leads to a release of growth factors and triggers the wound healing cascade, encouraging collagen production which leads to younger looking skin. The needles also help to mechanically break down the scar tissue. Since the epidermis is not destroyed, as is the case with all microneedling treatments, recovery time is much shorter when compared to more aggressive laser resurfacing treatments or deep chemical peels.
The goal of a microneedling with radiofrequency procedure is to target imperfections of the skin with micro-injuries which cause the release of growth factors and triggers the wound healing process which produces collagen, creating younger, tighter looking skin.
Ideal Candidate
Microneedling with radiofrequency is ideal for someone that wishes to improve the appearance of minor skin imperfections such as fine lines and wrinkles, skin laxity, scarring, and uneven skin tone and texture. This technique is also very safe for darker skin tones in contrast to many other skin rejuvenation techniques.
Recovery Notes
Most patients experience minor redness after the procedure as well as skin dryness and shedding which are all expected. There is no downtime with microneedling plus radiofrequency however, if the procedure is being done in preparation for an event, it is advised to schedule treatment at least one week prior to ensure adequate time for possible redness to dissipate.
